My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Holy Sacrament. I love you above all things, and I desire to receive you into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive you sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace you as if you were already there and unite myself wholly to you. Never permit me to be separated from you. Amen.

Panginoong Hesus, ako ay naniniwala na ikaw ay nasa kabanal-banalang sakramento. Iniibig Kita nang higit sa lahat, at ninanasa kong tanggapin ka sa aking kaluluwa sapagkat sa mga sandaling ito’y hindi kita matatanggap sa sacramento, tumuloy ka sa Espiritu ng aking puso. Niyayakap kita na para bagang naririto ka na at iniaalay ko nang buong-buo ang aking sarili sa iyo. Huwag mong hayaang mawalay ako sa Iyo. Amen.
