I am Fr. Eugenio Juanilo Lopez, the Provincial Minister of the Capuchins in the Philippines.
For decades, the faithful have been crowning Our Lady of Lourdes with prayers. In this new decade, her beauty will be more radiant with the pontifical crown on her Canonical Coronation.
This joyous event will happen on August 22, 2020 (updated). It is a crowning moment that every parishioner anticipates.
We would like to invite you to support our preparation for the Canonical Coronation of Our Lady of Lourdes. This could be in two ways: spiritual preparation and temporal preparation.
Spiritual preparation entails praying the Rosary, offering masses, offering sacrifices for the success of the celebration.
On the other hand, temporal preparation entails giving material support to the celebration such as donations in cash or in kind, that may be used during the celebration.
During the apparition of Lourdes in the Grotto, Our Lady promised Bernadette Soubirous happiness not in this world, but in the world to come.
In the same manner, I wish you happiness not only in this world, but like Our Lady to Bernadette, in the world to come. In eternal life. LETITIA IN VITA ETERNA.
