It was his first visit to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes. Rev. Fr. Kali Pietre M. Llamado was the mass presider on the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, which was also the first day of the Novena Masses leading to the Feast Day of Our Lady of Lourdes.

“At tuwing Sabado ay dinadala kami ng Nanay ko dito nung kami’y mga bata pa – nagdedebosyon sa Mahal na Birhen ng Lourdes. Para tuloy pakiramdam ko ay nagkatotoo ang pagdadasal ng Nanay ko dito sa simbahan.” His beloved mother and siblings were with him as he celebrated this – his first Mass at the Shrine.
