The VISION
We in the National Shrine/ Parish of Our Lady of Lourdes, envision ourselves as a community of believers, in Christ-like service, journeying towards church renewal and the new evangelization.
The MISSION
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to:
- Undergo formation through the study of church documents.
- Be nourished by the Holy Scriptures and Sacraments.
- Be living witnesses and agents of evangelization by reaching out to the needs of the people of God in an organized manner.
The National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes Quezon City on N.S. Amoranto St. (formerly Retiro St.) Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City is under the care of the Capuchin brothers. Dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes, the church celebrates its feast on February 11, the anniversary of the first apparition in Lourdes, France.
Parishioners are requested to include the the Parish Pastoral Team and the Parish Pastoral Council of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes in their prayers.
