Guest speaker Dr. Gaines Marie Rosario is Head of Lay Formation Center (or LAYFORCE) – the formation arm of the Archdiocese of Manila at the San Carlos Seminary. She is in charge of lay formation, facilitates and conducts recollections, retreats and other formation programs for various sectors like parishes, government offices, schools and the youth. Dr. Rosario is a dentist by profession.
