Members of the Parish Pastoral Team (PPT), who have been appointed to serve in their respective positions at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, were commissioned by NSOLL Rector and Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Cesar Acuin, OFMCap. after the 12:00 noon mass at NSOLL on October 20, 2019. They were joined by Kawan Leaders of the parish.
To the team, Fr. Cesar said, “The parish pastoral team provides the pastor with the wisdom of the laity for the good of the parish. Because of their knowledge and competence, the members of the parish pastoral team are called to honestly share with one another and with the pastor their insights, with courage and prudence. And so, the parish is strengthened by the unity of effort achieved in reverence and charity.”
On their part, members of the team pledged their service to the Shrine and do works for the spiritual and material welfare of the Shrine and the Diocese.
